#291 Gastronomic festive menu from Pieter-Jan Lint

restaurant review #291 – We already had the pleasure of tasting the dishes of plantbased chef Pieter-Jan Lint at a private party (see HERE) and it was delicious. So we were very happy to see the offer of a vegan gastronomic menu for Christmas and New Years eve (end of 2020).

We ordered and could pick up our dinner for Christmas Eve in Ghent on the morning of December 24.

This was the menu (see also caption underneath photos)

Really nice food, although all in all on the expensive side (compare for example with the gastronomic dinner we had for New Years Eve HERE).

We are looking forward to when he opens his restaurant in Ghent, so we can go dining there!

  1. Een bezoekje daar staat ook op de wishlist hier :-). Ik ging enkele jaren geleden eens in hun pop-up eten en dat was echt zoooooo lekker!
