#588 Very cheap, lots of vegetables, Cal Blasi, Berga, Spain

restaurant review #588 – It’s definitely not easy finding places that have (decent) vegan options in this area (the Pyrenees, south of Andorra). In retrospect, this was one of the best meals we had. It was filling, and had lots of vegetables! (Yeah for NOT serving patatas bravas or a vegan burger, which we often saw as vegan options later on).

A pasta dish with mushrooms and vegs and a vegetables dish (with leeks, eggplant etc). 11,5 € each! Supercheap!

I just hope the sauce of the pasta dish was really vegan (‘yes, just tomatoes‘ although it was rather creamy). Communication wasn’t always easy (little bit of English).

There didnt seem to be a vegan dessert (except for the pears in alcohol, but we dont drink alcohol).
2,3 for an alcohol free beer, 2,4 for a cola, 1,4 for a coffee.

Clean place, semi-modern vibe, toilets downstairs, clean.
Very friendly.
