restaurant review #465 – We had a nice lunch at this vegan café !
This was* such a nice place… (see note below)

Denmark is not very vegan friendly, and after a few days of falafels, burgers and salads, in not very vegan friendly places or from supermarkets, (often the only options we could find), this was pure heaven.

Relaxed, friendly, cosy, welcoming. 🤗
Order at counter, food and drinks are brought to table.
We had a peas burger (110 Kr the jackfruit burger was sold out unfortunately) and the panini (80 kr).
Lovely!
And then a brownie and donut and coffee, which were lovely too.

All is on ground floor, and there’s outdoor seating in front. One toilet (not wheelchair accessible). Clean, but nothing to dry ones hands.

We had a nice lunch!
PS: I do wish they would put some more variety in the menu, eg offer dishes with seitan, tofu, pita, … instead of falafel and burgers … (see comment above).
From a visit in June 2024. –
** WAS, because unfortunately it closed in July 😥
They continue the other vegan cafe at Vorupør: The Break Café.
