#466 Compose your own bowl, l’Insalatina Saladbar, Merano (Italy)

restaurant review #466 – This is from a vist during our holiday in Italy in June 2023! So this review is long overdue, I know, and maybe the situation of the restaurant has changed meanwhile. But we had a lovely lunch here, so I still wanted to share our impressions. And there are not that many options for vegans in the area, so an interesting place.

You can compose your own bowl/salad, and there’s tofu available.

The place is a bit hidden in a side street. No traffic. Very relaxed and quiet and a nice terrace.
