restaurant review #423 – This was a nice discovery! Japanese restaurant with two pages vegan menu! Nobu sushi is a 10 min walk from the city center, close to the train station of Leuven.
Had the Yaki edamame (5,5€) as an appetizer, and sakyra combi (26p, 29€) and Uramaki (8p, 9€).
The food was nice. Would love it if they add things like tofu, tempeh, … or even vegan shrimp or such to make it stand out more. Now they are basically rice with vegs and fruit, sometimes also sea weed.
Nicely presented though.
And very knowledgeable about vegan, specifying what the sauces are, and that they are vegan.
Didn’t have to wait long, was here for lunch on weekday. Only one other table. Some delivery service came in to pick up orders.
Very friendly service. Clean. Two toilets at the back, also clean.
Not accessible. Step to get in.
