restaurant review #306 – Basiel Urban Greenhouse is a tea/coffee house in the city center of Bruges, near the Gruuthuse museum. All the cakes/pastry are vegan and homemade! And you can also buy some to take home if you want.

We’ve been here twice in the last couple of months and both times enjoyed it. On both occasions we had coffee and tea and cake, and really loved the cake! They were good!
There’s also plantbased drinks available to go with the coffee, but a pity you have to pay extra for those (+50 cent).

Nice cosy interior, with lost of plants (the plant section in front has recenly been removed and is now also seating area).
There’s one terrace table at the street side, and some outdoor seating at the back too. Upstairs area too.
A really lovely place, and ideal for a dessert after having a pizza at nearby Otomat.
