#558 Bowls before concert at Capitole, Fitchen, Ghent

restaurant review #558 – This is a bowl/fastfood type of place, a chain with several locations throughout Belgium.

Went here (well) before a show at nearby Capitole, and there was a queue at the counter to order, and nearly all seatings were occupied.
I understand it’s a peak moment, but they were clearly understaffed.
Tables dirty, and even no real ‘bowls’ anymore (there were plenty stacked at the table with dirty dishes), so we got ours in take-away containers.

As you need to order in person at the counter, that was a long wait … (touch screens to order would be handy).

I had no idea whether we could also compose or own bowl, but to simply make a speedy order we asked two signature bowls.
We had a spicy protein with vegan meat and vegan track with tofu. Medium size.

Both are with quinoa. There was hardly any ‘vegan meat’ in the spicy protein bowl though. The tofu has a peculiar taste that’s not really my cup of tea.

Entrance with large steps, not accessible. Toilets on the side, didn’t see an accessible toilet.

So all in all, didn’t really enjoy this visit.
