restaurant review #489 – One of the few places during our holiday in Denmark, to have clearly labelled vegan options on the menu.

We had the onion rings (45 kr) and olives (35 kr) as starter with drinks, and then a burger (175 kr) and the pasta with spinach and mushrooms (165kr).
Nice food, large portion. The pasta sauce didn’t have much taste though.
When bringing the bread, the waitress immediately stated that it is vegan butter. Nice!

There was a sorbet for dessert but we were stuffed (and sorbet isn’t the most original dessert, hint hint 😉).
Very spacious place. Nicely renovated. Grand. Very friendly and welcoming. On the expensive side, but I guess one pays for the decor too.

Steps to get inside. Toilets clean. Didn’t see an accessible toilet. Although saw a wheelchair symbol on the wall at entrance, so maybe there’s another accessible entry?

All in all: nice lunch, would love to see more (and original) vegan options on menu though (burger and falafel seem to be Danish trademark vegan options – The other vegan option on menu is a salad with falafel).
