#453 Vegan burger, Fastfood burger place, The Potato Bar, Bruges

restaurant review #453 – First time visit to this place! 🍔 Not really a fan of these type of burger places, but if you like burgers, then this is your place!

I went here for lunch. More because the other place I wanted to go to was full 😉, and I want to try as many places in Bruges as possible, being the Happy Cow ambassador and for my blog. Let’s call this ‘research’ 😄.

Two vegan burgers on menu, and also vegan cheeze croquette. Great that they have vegan options, and clearly labelled on the menu! 👍
The regular fries are not vegan – fried in beef fat (as is often the case in Belgian restaurants unfortunately…). The sweet potato fries are. 🍟

I had the ‘Belgian vegan deal’ = a burger with sweet potato fries and a drink 22,50€. Expensive for a fastfood place!

The burger was OK, a sort of red beet burger. Didn’t like the bun though. Sweet potato fries and veganaise OK.

Friendly service. Didn’t have to wait long.
A bit crowded and loud though, and hard wooden chairs. Not a cosy place, but really to have a quick bite and leave again!
Entrance is with one tiny step. Front room is accessible, but no regular tables there, only high barstools. Back rooms with large step. Two toilets at the back, no accessible toilet.
