restaurant review #600 – Another milestone on this blog 🙂 Restaurant review number 600! And I reserved this spot for one of our favourite places: Atelier Flori in Bruges!
Atelier Flori is one of only three vegan restaurants in Bruges. It’s open for dinner, and it’s advised to book well ahead, as it’s a very popular place. You can choose to have a 3 course dinner, or just select some tapas style dishes and have some drinks (they have a large wine selection).
Been here several times over the years (see four previous reviews here), both at the old and new location, and it’s always a delight!! These photos are from three visits with friends at the beginning of 2026 (January – February – March).
We always opt for the menu with an appetizer and the famous tapas etagere (45€). And we try to leave room for dessert: a cake (8€) or the iconic Eton Mess (10€)!
The tapas dishes on the etagere change every couple of months, so you always get to discover new dishes and new flavours. With soup, lasagne, homemade cheese, nachos, spreads, …. And all of their dishes are homemade. Superb!
Desserts: our favourite is the Eton Mess, with meringue made from aquafaba.
Two toilets at the back. Clean, with individual towels (love that!). No accessible toilet (pics in previous reviews ).
Great food, friendly service, nice place!
If you haven’t visited this place yet, I totally recommend that you do! And if you have, well, then you know you want to visit them again.
