restaurant review #572- Vegan restaurant in Ghent! Had already visited Soul Kitchen a couple of times on the old location, and really liked it! They moved recently to the other side of town (across Bijloke, Godshuizenlaan) and this time I visited with a friend for lunch.

You can either choose a lunch menu, or have a variety of sharing dishes, of which we picked 3 (hard to choose! 😉 ).

We had the
● little gems (with mushrooms) 18€
● sourdough bread 11€ with shiitakes 3€
● eggplant in tomato sauce 17€
With a portion of rice on the side 7€.

Dessert of the day was a rhubarb with brownie crumble. Really good!

Lovely food, each dish was absolutely a delight!
We sat at the large outdoor seating at the back, very relaxed space. Inside has several areas (also a bar) and chairs look comfy! Very spacious place, much bigger than the previous location.

Mocktail, 3 sharing dishes, tea/coffee and dessert was app. 55€ pp. Not cheap, but definitely worth it!
And very friendly service, very welcoming 🙂
Note: unfortunately not accessible – restaurant room has elevated levels.
Toilet at the back, clean, with individual towels. Love that! Didn’t see an accessible toilet.

We will definitely visit again!
