restaurant review #574 – New place in town!This place opened just a couple of months ago. I have previously already visited the Barouche in Kortrijk and liked it. It’s a fastfood chain – Mediterranean / Western style cuisine.
restaurant review #487 – Vegan restaurant a bit outside of the touristy center. Was here for dinner in the Spring of 2024. The name ‘Vegane Glorie’ has a double meaning. Of course Vegan refers to the plantbased aspect. But ‘vegane glorie’ gives a hint to the Dutch saying of ‘vergane glorie’, meaning fading glory, something that was glorious in the past. Mmmm. A bit strange to choose that for your restaurant name when you consider it like that… 😉 (maybe I’m missing something here, do let me know 😉
