restaurant review #560 – Pizza without cheese with extra olives …
A beautiful region – Cevennes , Gorges du Tarn, but …
In most other regions, this pizzeria would not even get listed on Happy Cow (it has no vegan section on menu, has no vegan cheese).
But vegan options are VERY scarce in this region.
So we were quite happy with this place (had already made some fabricated meals with energy bars, crackers, hummus and a tomato by then 😉 ).
Asked the pizza rustique sans fromage (without cheese) and asked to replace the jambon (ham) with olives.
A salade mixte without dressing on the side.
No problem. Very friendly.
The pizza was very nice. Spiced it up with the pepper oil.
Quite large place, although I can imagine in Summertime it is fully booked.
Saw one toilet. Bit shabby, but clean.
All in all: we enjoyed our pizzas!
