restaurant review #413 – Another vegan restaurant!! 🌿🌿
This one in the city where rivers Moselle and the Rhine merge! And very close to this touristic landmark in Koblenz, Germany.

Project Vegan has veganised versions of traditional Vietnamese dishes on the menu. And a very extensive menu!!

We had a delicious lunch, a mix of all different kinds of sushis 🍣🍣 Also had some ‘shrimp’ as a side (6,5€).
Due to miscommunication (most likely because of our very poor German 🙈) we got the small sushi mix special plate. While we thought we had ordered the large one.
So after mentionning this, we thought we were going to get the remaining sushis, but we were served a whole new LARGE sushi mix 😮😮 Wowzers! (And only had to pay for the L 43€ 🙏 thank you! 💚).

So we couldn’t finish all of the sushis, but got a take away box so we could have them later on. 😊

Lovely place, seems newly renovated. Comfy. Spacious outdoor seating, looking at the river. Front entrance with stairs, inside also steps, so not accessible, although maybe the back entrance is. Didn’t see an accessible toilet. Toilets very modern and flashy, and clean!
The only thing that annoyed us was the horrible boink boink music 🙉😉 #notourcupoftea
All in all: we loved the food, comfy seatings, friendly service, but loud music!
